It's roots harvesting season here at the farm! And what a lovely start to fall it has been. Though I do wish we had some more rain... Gratitude for this stew of the season!! 😚 And, just like that, it's officially fall!! What a yummy time of year!!! This week's abundance at @owensoundfarmersmarket @wiartonfarmersmarket Today's harvest at the @wiartonfarmersmarket! The juiciest Brandywine heirloom tomatoes, peppers, salad mix, and herbal tea. Some new perennial herb beds, and some tall flowers... The sights and smells this summer are just divine. Crops planted, ground tarped, and this young farmer's ready for a vacation :) It's a beautiful time of the year here on the farm. Here is an apple in full bloom in our orchard. May showers, bringing May flowers 🌼 We have a good crop of spinach and salad mix this spring! Beauty spring day for a deep weeding.
